All baby formula, adult formula, clearance and new closeout items are final sales. If you have any questions, please ask before making your purchase. 

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE POLICY

If an item is damaged during shipping or appears to be defective, please notify us immediately at memybaby.com. Claims must be received via email within 5 business days of the item being delivered. Please include your order number, the items you are returning and the reason for you return.  Damaged/Defective item will be replaced, not refunded. Please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be approved.  

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
